Securely exchange information about your habits, physical activities, selected laboratory results, radiology reports, and therapies. Communicate through text, audio, or audio/video messages. Fast and secure information sharing is the foundation of the national platform for health prevention, diagnostics, and health improvement.

The application enables you to track the history of your habits, physical activities, and selected health parameters, while allowing you to set goals and monitor your progress. Users can also authorize their doctor, healthcare advisor, or coach to define goals, provide recommendations, and monitor goal achievement.

Through integration with Health Connect, the application enables the secure collection of physical activity data and selected health parameters. Only data explicitly approved by the user is accessed, including:

• Step count, distance traveled, and calories burned through physical activity

• Vital signs and measurements, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and body temperature

• Laboratory and body measurement values, including weight, height, body fat percentage, and blood glucose levels

• Sleep data and movement-related activity information

This data is used exclusively to provide users with insights into their health information, support goal tracking, and generate personalized recommendations. Users remain in full control of the data they share and may revoke access at any time. Data is not used for marketing purposes and is never shared with third parties without the user’s explicit consent.

The application uses an expert system to analyze health-related information entered by the user and generate personalized recommendations, supporting preventive healthcare and helping users make more informed decisions based on their health data.
